Fuog/InterBuild has been in business over 43 years and is a Class A Licensed building contractor.
Founded in 1981, we service the Mid Atlantic region of the United States, building primarily in Virginia and surrounding states. We currently hold Class A licenses in Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia. We have completed over 3,500 projects and take great pride in doing quality work at a reasonable price.
Although we started with Barns and Arenas as our specialty, we have expanded our services to include custom homes, modular buildings, event venues, barndominiums, metal buildings, Butler pre-engineered metal buildings, renovations, and other custom projects. Additionally, Fuog/InterBuild, Inc. now has an in-house excavation division for driveways, grading, utilities, septic systems and infrastructure.

John L. Fuog – President
John has overseen a variety of construction projects including barns, arenas, homes, commercial buildings, metal building and renovations. For over 42 years John has staffed his company with talented, reputable individuals, many with federal clearance. John has also selected and acquired the services of exceptional sub-contractors that live up to the quality and service he expects from both himself and his staff.
Tom Miller – Vice President
Tom joined the company in 2010 and is the head of excavation and production. He has more than 40 years’ experience and is considered in the industry to be a front runner in his specialty of site work, utilities, and infrastructure.

Rickey Schooley – Vice President
Rickey has been with Fuog/InterBuild, Inc for 7 years. He holds a Master License from the Board of Waterworks and Wastewater works and onsite sewage system Professionals in Virginia. Recently taking on a new role as a Partner and Vice President, Rickey leads the Site Work and Utilities Division of the company and is dedicated to the quality work and staff it takes to provide Fuog/Interbuild’s customers with safe and effective utilities and complete site work execution.
